Vineyard Notes
The grapes in this 100% Gamay sparkling rosé are harvested a full month earlier than when harvested as a red wine. An early harvest is essential in order to get that signature crisp, refreshing acidity and bright citrus flavours.
Food Pairing Notes
A lively summer sparkling that will pair with just about anything; from salads to potato chips and variety of soft and creamy cheeses. More importantly, this delightful wine is best shared with friends on a sunny patio with an abundance of laughter!

An absolutely stellar (no pun intended) sparkling rosé. My wife and I have gone through litres of this liquid yumminess. The tasting notes are fairly accurate, though I'd have to add that on the palate are prominent flavours of rhubarb and strawberry. Pairs well with desserts, especially vanilla ice cream or berry pie. I highly recommend.
