Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Notes of apricot, Meyer lemon, and lychee on the nose with citrus zest on the palate. This refreshing blend has a light finish and medium acidity.
Vineyard Notes
Spring was very warm resulting in an earlier than usual bud break. Good weather continued until Late Summer where it started to cool off early September through November. Being situated high atop of the valley, our Hawthorne Mountain Vineyard was kept free of botrytis due to the high winds keeping fruit relatively dry.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes for this blend were each harvested mid-September during the cool desert nights. They were then crushed, fermented, and stored separately in stainless steel tank. Later on, blending trials were conducted in order to find the perfect balance of fruitiness, structure, and acidity.
Food Pairing Notes
Caramalized onion tart, chicken tikka, traditional pork chops with apple sauce. Cheese: Camembert, Bûcheron, Burrata

this is an enjoyable white wine - on its own and with any food.

A very good white wine for the price. One of our favourite whites.

This wine is rich in apple, stone fruit, melon and pear notes. The wonderful aromatics are matched with a palette that is enjoyably soft, full and approachable.

Loaded with fruit yet light to medium bodied with a nice soft finish. Excellent pairing with a medium spiced butter chicken.
