Tasting Notes
Blanc de Noir has a delicate yet persistent mousse, bright acidity and complexity, vivid pear and citrus notes and a balanced, lingering finish on the palate.
Winemaker Notes
Premium Pinot Noir grapes were selected to produce this beautiful sparkling. This wine was whole cluster pressed at 12°C for two weeks, then aged en tirage for three years using the traditional French “Methode Classique.”
Food Pairing Notes
Serve slightly chilled as a toast to accompany a celebration or special occasion. Blanc de Noir is a perfect match paired with hard aged cheeses and sweet dried fruits.
